Understanding Menopause & Perimenopause:

Menopause and perimenopause bring significant hormonal changes that can affect energy levels, sleep, mood, and overall well-being. Symptoms such as hot flushes, brain fog, fatigue, joint stiffness, and mood swings can be overwhelming and often misunderstood.

This course is designed to support you in navigating these changes with care, compassion, and practical tools. It is limited to only 6 participants, ensuring a supportive and personalized experience.

 

What the Course Offers:

Over six weeks, Yoga for Menopause creates a space to explore simple, effective ways to support your body and mind through this transition.

  • Movement & Breathwork – Gentle yoga and breath practices designed to release tension, improve circulation, and bring ease to your body.

  • Mindfulness & Relaxation – Practical techniques to help settle the nervous system, manage stress, and find moments of calm in your day.

  • Knowledge & Self-Care – Learn small, supportive lifestyle changes, including movement, nutrition, and self-care habits, with signposts to further resources.

  • Community & Connection – Join a small, welcoming group of women sharing similar experiences, offering encouragement and understanding along the way.

  • Your Personal Toolkit – Gather simple, adaptable tools—like breathwork, relaxation, and guided practices—that you can use long after the course ends.

  • Session Follow-Ups – After each session, you’ll receive a recap email with key takeaways and an audio recording of a relaxation, breathwork, or meditation practice to continue exploring at home.

 

Trauma-Sensitive and Supportive:

This course is delivered in a trauma-sensitive manner, ensuring that each participant feels empowered, respected, and supported throughout the process. All practices are adaptable and designed to meet you where you are in your menopause journey.

We will meet on Thursdays from 9:30-10:30 AM, starting on 20th March and skipping the Easter break.

Who is This Course For?

This course is ideal for those experiencing perimenopause or menopause, whether you are newly navigating symptoms or seeking deeper support. It is perfect for those looking for natural, mindful approaches to complement their medical care and cultivate a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.

 

What to Expect:

Over six weeks, we will guide you through a curated journey of movement, breathwork, and reflective exercises, offering tools to tune into your body, cultivate self-compassion, and support your well-being.

After each session, you will receive an email with a suggested practice to explore, along with a recorded meditation, relaxation, or breathwork practice to continue your experience between sessions.

 

How to Join the Course:

If you'd like to join the course, simply click the "Save Me a Spot" button to proceed with payment. After registering, you will receive an email with a client form, which should be completed and submitted by 15th March.

Investment:

Course Fee: £150 (exclusive introductory price).
Payment Plan: Available, with the final installment due by 10th March.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the limited number of spaces, cancellations can only be made up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund. After this time, refunds will not be available.

 

Missed Sessions:

If you are unable to attend a session, you will still receive the recap email and audio recording for that week.

If you’d like to make up for a missed session with a 1:1 session, a discounted rate of £75 (for course participants) is available. These sessions can be held in-studio or online based on your preference.
