Many of us spend significant hours seated throughout the day, particularly those working long hours at a computer, leading to muscle tension, stiffness, and reduced mobility. Chair Yoga provides an accessible and practical solution, offering short and effective exercises to release tension, rejuvenate energy levels, and refresh your mind and body during the day.
This course is thoughtfully designed for individuals who spend extended periods sitting at work or home, especially those seated in front of a computer, and those who prefer practicing yoga using a chair rather than on the floor. Limited to only 6 participants, you'll receive personalised guidance and a supportive experience tailored to your needs. Sessions are progressive, building on one another each week.
What the course offers:
Over four weeks, Chair Yoga creates a welcoming space for you to explore simple yet impactful chair-based techniques to support your well-being.

Delivered with a trauma-sensitive approach, this course ensures each participant feels comfortable, empowered, and respected. Practices are adaptable to support your individual comfort levels and needs.

Who is it for?

It's perfect for office workers, individuals with limited mobility, or anyone looking for accessible methods to enhance daily wellness.

What to expect:
Over four weeks, you'll engage in gentle, supportive sessions designed to guide you in mindful movement, breathing techniques, and reflective exercises. Each session offers practical tools to ease tension, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being.
Post-session emails will provide practice suggestions to continue your journey independently.
If you miss a session, you will receive weekly recap emails with key practices, ensuring you can easily catch up and continue your practice independently. Additionally, Ayala will briefly recap essential points from the previous week at the beginning of each session.
